1 scoop Protein Powder of choice
(I recommend vanilla ice cream)
1 cup baby spinach leaves
⅓ cup oats
1 cup almond milk (unsweetened)
½ banana, frozen
1 cup ice cubes
½ tbsp peanut butter
Optional ½ tsp cinnamon powder
D I R E C T I O N S:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender
and blend until smooth.
2. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
