½ cup shelled edamame beans
1 tbsp pickled ginger
½ cup cooked brown rice
¼ cup shredded carrot
½ cucumber, diced
1 nori sheet, shredded (optional)
D I R E C T I O N S:
1. Assemble the brown rice, edamame
beans, carrot, cucumber and drained
tuna in a bowl.
2. Top with the shredded nori (alternative rice paper - algae)
and pickled ginger
